Steeped in symbolism comes a talisman/totem pendant.
Beautifully hand carved deer antler capped in a sterling silver and Labradorite topper.
I started with a gorgeous 3 inch deer antler hand carved with flowers all the way around. (beautiful all on it's own).
The textured sterling silver cap is adorned with a 10mm blue-green, round Labradorite cabochon.
The entire cap was then oxidized and polished to bring out the textures and highlights of the silver work.
I made the bail a bit larger to accommodate any thicker chain, bead strand, pearls or leather that you may want to hang this beautiful talisman from.
At four inches in length, this one of a kind piece looks beautiful worn all on it's own or layered with other pieces. The width is right at one inch.
Butterfly totem and transformation
The butterfly is a symbol of powerful transformations. By analogy to the development of this animal, the meaning associated with the butterfly emphasizes the ability to move from one state, perspective, lifestyle to another.
Deer symbolism varies from culture to culture. But, it typically means gentleness, awareness of surroundings, unconditional love, and mindfulness. A deer represents innocence, kindness, grace, and good luck. Seeing a deer is usually a good omen and means that your spirit guides are watching over you
Labradorite is said to temper the negativity within ourselves as well. Labradorite is known for its changing colors, so it is no surprise this gemstone is known as a stone of transformation, enhancing strength of will and inner worth. The gemstone labradorite is said to stimulate the throat chakra.
Daisies symbolize innocence and purity. This stems from an old Celtic legend. ... Freya is the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility, and as such the daisy came by symbolize childbirth, motherhood, and new beginnings. Daisies are sometimes given to congratulate new mothers.
